European Agency for Safety and Health at Work

The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work, located in Bilbao, Spain, is an organization of the European Union established (according to the Decision 18.07.94 of the European Council) in 1996 with the aim of collecting, disseminating and facilitating information exchanges on economic, technical and scientific issues to improve working conditions and promote best practices for preventing work accidents and occupational diseases.

European Week for Safety and Health at Work
Starting from 2000 the Agency initiated the information and promotion campaign “European Week for Safety and Health at Work”, in which the specialists of out Institute have constantly participated.

Romanian Focal Point of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work
Romanian Focal Point of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work The Romanian Focal Point of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work facilitates the exchange of economic, technical and scientific information to improve the working conditions and promote the best practices for preventing work accidents and occupational diseases between the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work and the interested parties in Romania.
Topic Centre for Safety and Health at Work
The Topic Centre for Safety and Health at Work (TC-OSHA – Topic Centre OSH) assists the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) - Bilbao in a number of European Projects in the Safety and Health at Work area.
