Partners selection procedures

The National Research and Development Institute on Occupational Safety (INCDPM) - "Alexandru Darabont” intends to establish a partnership with the purpose of implementing a project financed from the EEA Grants: R004 programme - Reduction of Hazardous Substances.

Minimum eligibility conditions of the project partners: a public or private entity, commercial or non-commercial, as well as non-governmental organisations, all of whose primary locations are either in the Donor States or, Beneficiary States, or a country outside the European Economic Area that has a common border with the respective Beneficiary State, or any inter-governmental organization, actively involved in, and effectively contributing to, the implementation of a project. It shares with the Project Promoter a common economic or social goal which is to be realized through the implementation of that project (according to the Applicant’s guide for the RO04 programme).

Main activities:

• For call for proposals no. 1 - “Decision-making supporting instruments”: development of decision-making supporting instruments for strengthening the capacity of the public authorities responsible for the implementing and enforcing EU strategies and legislations on chemicals and hazardous waste,  (http://eeagrantsmediu.ro/programe/10)
• ​For call for proposals no. 2 - “Training and awareness campaigns”: training and raising awareness among the staff working in public authorities, involved in environmental and health evaluation and on hazardous chemicals and waste legislation for strengthening the capacity of the public authorities responsible for the implementing and enforcing EU strategies and legislations on chemicals and hazardous waste, (http://eeagrantsmediu.ro/programe/11)
