Chemical and Biological Hazards

The Unit of Biological Risks develops its activity in the areas of safety and health at work and environment protection, providing the following actions:

• Identify biological agents in the work environment

• Determine the micro-flora load in the air of the work environment

• Evaluate risk associated to exposure to chemical agents

• Recommend measures to reduce biological risk
